Description

A recruitment 2.0 platform was made available by the SNTalent Company which uses social networks as a means to carry out the circulation of job offers and the automatic capture of candidates (both active and passive).

In this platform, SNTalent needs to incorporate web semantics, ontology and artificial intelligence algorithm functionalities in order to maximise the number of candidates obtained and to establish an automatic selection process which enables the first short-listing/matching of the most appropriate candidates to a specific offer, based on both objective (CV) and subjective parameters (such as attitudes and behaviour shown on the social networks).

SNTalent will subcontract part of the development of these tasks to i2CAT.
